Your goal is to construct the core components of an argumentative response. Focus on clarity, logical progression, and appropriate academic vocabulary.

Task Focus: Developing a clear thesis and supporting arguments, acknowledging different perspectives.
First, demonstrate your ability to think critically by identifying the core tension in the question. In one complete, grammatically correct sentence, acknowledge the two opposing viewpoints or complexities inherent in this issue, as you would in an introduction to an IELTS essay.
Now, formulate your personal, decisive opinion. In one clear, concise sentence, state your definitive view on the ideal approach. This will serve as your main thesis statement, similar to the position you would take in an IELTS Task 2 essay.
Every strong opinion requires solid justification. Expand your Part B sentence by adding a logical "because" clause (or similar connector) to explain precisely why you hold that view. This demonstrates your ability to develop supporting arguments, a key aspect of IELTS writing.
